Shipping

Shipping: Please have your order to us by midday for same-day dispatch. We've brought this forward slightly to ensure we can send them all out on the same day.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $50. Orders under $50 incur a $6.95 standard shipping fee. You can upgrade to expedited shipping for $10.

WHEN WILL MY SHHH SILK ORDER ARRIVE?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia and processed within 1-2 working days; you will receive a shipping update as soon as your order has been shipped. There can be the occasional customs, lockdown or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe.

You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to; orders under $999 do not incur any duties in the USA. These will be due at the point of or after delivery.

Unfortunately, we are not liable for these charges, and they can not be reimbursed or refunded by Shhh Silk.

If you are unsure of the charges and whether you will be affected, don't hesitate to contact your local customs office for more information.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

An email confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

If you do not receive one, please email customercare@shhhsilk.com

WHICH COURIERS DO YOU USE?

For international orders, Shhh Silk uses UPS, USPS and Australia Post

To check international delivery times please check Australia Post here:

Restricted Deliveries:

Some international routes are currently suspended, and many routes have lower flight frequencies. This may cause longer transit times. Deliveries to and from overseas also depend on overseas postal and delivery services. Restrictions, operating constraints and labour shortages are causing delays in some countries, see a list of disruptions here:
