How much does it cost to personalize an item?
We have different personalization options depending on the product:
* Sleep Masks $10
* One silk pillowcase $25
* Two silk pillowcases $40
Please note the personalization cost is an additional cost to the product you are personalizing.
How long will it take to ship?
Please allow approximately 5 additional business days for your personalized items to ship.
Can I return or exchange my personalized item?
Please note orders for personalized items cannot be cancelled or refunded, except if your item is faulty or incorrect due to an error on our end.
Is personalization always available?
Personalization may not be available during sale periods or periods of heavy traffic, or during lockdown closure periods.
Personalization placement?
Personalization on silk pillowcases will be bottom left of the pillowcase (unless you leave a note on your order for the right hand bottom side). Personalization on all silk sleep masks can be either small font bottom left or large font centered.
