I ordered two of these silk bb hats (full priced) that were advertised as healthy for your hair; which definitely implies they are lined with silk. They are not. And (after well over a month and two emails to customer service, finally received my shipment), one of the two hats is so short it must be a manufacturing defect because I don’t see how anyone could wear it. I’ve left voicemail messages with customer service requesting a call so I can sort this out because I was wanting to place another order from shh but with this kind of service, I’ll almost gladly spend more at slip.
